The whole App method of leasing, picking up, and returning is overly burdensome and time consuming.
Bart TWhat little we got when we tried 2 return the truck on line was it showed more miles than I actually drove. Also we returned the rental truck with 5\8 of a 1\4 of a tank more petrol than what was showing on gauge b 4 we evan let them rental lot. Throw away that online CRAP pickup & return system & get the Bett er system, there must b a better system??? Get at least 1 customers service representative than speaks South Alabama English. There several within my area that speaks English. . .
