The employee was terrible. Late to open the location. Attitude poor and told us her issues with the job. Didn't have the truck we reserved. The rental vehicle was good.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrucks worn out and wanders all over the road empty or loaded. Did NOT feel safe driving it. 161,000 miles on it. It’s worn out!
Ralph WThis was my first time utilizing the company, the U-Haul representative was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would give a 5 out of 5 for the entire experience.
James GInterior of the truck was really dirty and the location did not have furniture blankets
MARY KI had and wash charged for a 3 days. I returned the truck in the evening of 2nd day. I feel that in instances like this a discount should happen. Iy would make for more business
