Please provide a little more assistance to women customers. The trailer light was not functioning and had not been checked before we left the facility. We were pulled over by the police and informed that one side of the trailer light was not working. However, U-Haul customer service did an excellent job by sending assistance in less than one hour.

BRENT HThe back of the truck was not swept by the previous customer prior to return, and there was an excessive amount of dirt on the passenger side inside floorboards. Other than that the truck was well maintained and ran well. Just wanted someone to know. We swept the back when we returned but I was not cleaning the inside mess someone else left
