Upon receiving the van, since my bank is on-line that they had to put a hold if 50 some dollars instead of the 19.95. The guy asked about the miles I would be using it for, I said, "I am not sure," and proceeded to put only 30 miles to use it. Which if you go over you have to pay additional money. Upon getting into the vehicle, I noticed the inside of the van wasn't clean it had dirt there, which I took a picture of it. Also, the guy told me that I had 1/4 which it read 51 miles to E, which I took a picture of it. I waited to see if I would be getting anything back regarding my hold and I learned that I still owe 30 some dollars. that's not right at all since they put a hold on my card for the amount above. and also stated I didn't put back the gas I started with which I did, I have pictures to prove it. I was told by someone I worked with that they tried to charge her card 4 different times for 4 different amounts and screenshotted the prove. Don't use that location in Bridgeport. Go to Wheeling.

It was easy to drop off the trailer as the lot was large and provided plenty of space to turn around and back the trailer into place.
JAMES HThe old lady that works at the Bridgeport location is very unprofessional, rude, has an attitude problem. Only when someone of higher ranking showed up does she act like she want to help a customer.
SARAH AI was given a quote, and they did not standby it. I kept the truck for an extra day and somehow the price almost tripled in cost. I was told if I had it Back by 3pm they wouldn’t charge me another day by the gentleman on the phone but once my card was charged I was in fact charged. I will never rent from this location again if I ever even rent from U-Haul again. The box truck was handy but I had a horrible experience
