The truck was good I didn't get the other equipment needed and my customer service experience was terrible from UHaul not the store owner he was great. uhaul was beyond horrible!

The only problem was that there was no windshield washer fluid. Had to stop at gas satation to clean windshield for night driving.
SAMUEL DI was told the day of rental to pickup at different location 6+ miles away from original pickup and returned the truck 24 hours early and still got charged for 5 extra miles - very unfair in my opinion.
CREIGHTON HThe person who I gave the keys to had me wait for 20 minutes while they did the check in. Then began to ask about the charge of furniture blankets that I never received.
CARINA MHard to understand the guy at the store because he didn't speak English well.
