Clean the vehicle.Pretty simple and expected. My vehicle was filthy disgusting. Supposedly a regional manager dropped it off the day before to this small rental location.Unbelievable.

It was bad smell in the truck- could have have been left open the back door, also as first time user I didn’t know anything about mirrors adjusting, lights and hand brakes- perhaps the person who was there to help did not know anything

Vito MI booked a uhaul truck with a furniture dolly because i needed to move big furniture. I picked the truck up before the place opened and the dolly wasn't in there. I called later when they opened thinking they would be helpful and deliver the dolly to me, but they just said "We don't have dollys here." Why was I able to book one online then? I had to get more help to pick up the heavy stuff. It was horrible. Will never use Uhaul again.
