The location does not aupport the self check in and extra items the website allows you to purchse (ie. Dollies). The key provided does not unlock the door to the trailer which caused a problem when the door was locked before I could finish drop off procedures. I can only imagine the hassle if this happened on a trip with your personal belongings inside. No one was watching the units. I called to get checked in, had to wait for someone to show up. Then when I locked the door, the associate did not know how to help me unlock the vehicle. Other than that vehicle was a little dirty, but fine. Associate was friendly despite being unable to help.
