The after hours check in for returning a trailer is awful. It isn't the fault of this location but rather the fault of the uhaul website. It is not user friendly and on three different attempts, it kept taking us in a loop and would never land on the page to process the return.Robin W.

Went there on Saturday. One person working for five people checking in and out. Understaffed. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and eventually just hung up. Some manager ought to hire another person or two. What the hell are you doing up there in management? Sitting on your asses for sure.TERRY K.

When a customer uses a credit/debit card charge their cards for their purchases on the same day of the purchase. I made a reservation, paid with a credit card, my card was charged that day, but had to extend my rental one day and my card was not charged until over 3 days later. This delay in payment caused my account to become over drafted which cost my the negative balance caused by the late payment and the $35 overdraft fee.Jonathan C.

The location and overall experience was fine. The fact that uhaul charges a per mile fee and requires you to return it full of gas is double dipping in my opinion. It should also say that somewhere on the website. I budgeted for this and had to adjust for the gas usage. Probably wouldn't have rented it had I known. Guess when your the only game in town, customer service isn't a priority!Tim T.
The van I rented was filthy inside with dog hair, food, trash, etc. I was told it had a half of a tank of gas which was not the case but was told I had to return it with the same amount (half tank). All of the employees were very nice but my overall experience was not pleasent. In fact, I regret the decision and the price was very unreasonable.Suzanne G.
