Great indoor unit with good lighting, clean facilities, and good security. Staff was always helpful and even when I moved out of my unit, the staff was helpful in getting me closed out quickly and easily. I loved having a secure pull in parking area to load and unload my vehicle and access my unit. Would definitely recommend this facility!!!
Kelly o | Overall ExperienceWhen I first contracted my UBoxes, they were to deliver them from Bristol to Dante per my Fort Worth dealer. When I got here, the transporter advised she could not transport to the mountain I live on. As it turned out my houses till is not ready for occupancy so I guess this turned out okay. I am, 74yrs old. My daughter had surgery last November and not supposed to lift for 18 months. Her friend who was going to here has pulled 2 hernia and can't help. Another young woman helped use move our stuff into a storage room and most on a truck to bring home. My daghter has injury her incision and is currently at the ER. I guess I will be unloading the truck by myself and if I don't pull the appliance out of my back, all will be good.

PAUL D | First ImpressionsThis was a fantastic place to store all of my things. It has easy accessibility, being on a major road. There were always carts available to move larger amounts of boxes easily. If I ever need a place to keep my random stuff again, I will definitely be back!
James P | Overall ExperienceThe storage was secure but the lights need to be fixed above the unit. Also, there was a water leak above my storage unit inside at some point and time I was never informed and a box of my belongings was totally ruined. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
