We paid for a dolly and got none, we lad for a dozen blankets and got 6. Check in was not user friendly. Very much not worth the money we will not be back

I brought the truck back with at least $20-50 in extra gas by mistake. Called U-Haul and they said they would talk to the owner about a coupon for my next rental or something, no response. Then a couple of weeks later U-Haul messaged me saying i owed money for the toll i went through. (Less than $5) i disputed it immediately saying i brought the truck back with way more gas then when i had received it and the least they could do was cover the tolls. No response still but guess what? They went ahead and charged me for the toll as a “courtesy” to me. Absolutely ridiculous. And still no response about the dispute
Matthew BThey do not have a parking lot assigned for us to park our personal vehicle when picking up uhaul. They had a comment that our vehicle would be towed if left on the property. We have one driver so this was a major inconvenience and we had to park our car on a random neighborhood near by, walk back, and pray it didn't get tow from there while we were moving with the uhaul. I feel we should have at least 1 assigned parking spot to leave a vehicle we drive to pick up the uhaul. Also there was issues with taking pictures of the truck. Both times I had to take pictures of the vehicle before pick up and after pick up the app which is great, but was giving me issues with it saying it didnt have permission and I had accepted it and when finally worked, miss clicking or going away from app to look at settings would submit it automatically and it would not let me return to it to add the pictures. So took pictures on my personal gallery to have in case they gave me issues later. The actual moving truck was great with no issues. Had moving blankets that came with it and that was very handy.
Josabet PDrop location was closed and instructions for key drop box not specific enough. Need to be changed to on the side of trash bin
EDDIE RSlow check in process, worker did not seem to understand the process, also told me that fuel was included in the price(I knew it wasn’t) but I should also bring it back with a full tank. Not enough blankets in stock(less than a dozen).
