First off, using the app is not as easy and user friendly as stated. Once we got in the truck, the service engine light was on and inside of cab was a little nasty. Driving the truck we noticed the brakes were very spongy. Not well maintained. Truck should not have been rented for a long haul.

JUNINA Ldid not attach my car correctly to the trailer. the people in denver made fun of how bad the job he did was when i went to return the uhaul. place was derelict, run down, and dirty. this place needs to be shut down.
