Eugene OThe employees at this locate were excellent and friendly, but U-Haul corporate tried to change the drop-off location after we had already picked up the truck and already in the process of making our out-of-state move. This added an extra layer of annoyance dealing with getting this fixed. Worst of all, the truck had a terrible rattle in the cabin. it was so loud we couldn't hold a conversation or hear the radio during our 11 hour drive. When we dropped it off, we realized that the rubber liner around the windshield was loose and was slapping the roof.
