Carol MThe guy that I dropped off the truck too asked told me to fold the furniture pads or I would be charged a cleaning fee? I have never had that happen before, so I asked how much it would be. He said $1 per furniture pad. Considering half of them were still folded I said that’s okay I will take $1 per pad for the 6 or so that weren’t folded (although that in itself is ridiculous). To my surprise when I get the online bill I was charged $25… ridiculous. Will never come back
Ben RTruck had multiple mechanical issues including transmission and brakes.
Ross GI did not appreciate being charged over $150.00 on my bank card for the 3 hour rental because no one can read the computer. Far as I knew thinking later I had already paid for the truck on line. I don't like being told that its my bank. The charges never should have been done in the first place. The place was good for trucks and being open on a Sunday but because of the people I will not go back there again.

John GBy far the best customer service I've ever experienced with UHAUL or any other moving company. We have several children hitting that age where they are moving out (and back in) so we use UHAUL about every 6 to 12 months. The agent who helped me check out the truck and check the truck back in is why I will only use this UHAUL facility in the future.

James SMy order was separated with two pick up locations, which was not readily available to me, making the pick up process. It would be helpful if the automated text messages shared details about any split reservations. In addition, I was transferred from the customer service representative to “scheduling” and the woman I spoke to was quite rude, very short with details on the fact that it had been split, and hung up on me. Both of the representatives I dealt with at the pick up locations were very friendly and helpful!

Douglas SDid inform management at this location that the 20ft truck I rented had a rear door that was difficult to close and open. Think it was due to lack of lubrication in the door tracks. Latch could use some lube as well.

Cameron SThis location does a nice job but I have a major issue with a situation with Uhaul dispatch that needs to be addressed. My uhaul was towed by U-haul when it was under contract, paid in full and parked legaly in a private parking lot because a random employee of a neighboring business called and said "The Uhaul seemed sketchy, abandoned and was blocking their entrance" None of this was accurate and the uhaul was towed w/o contacting me, the customer or the land ownership. The shopping center was aware that I was using the truck for equipment/signage storage while we were doing some light remodeling. The truck was NOT PACKED for travel and several items were broken and smashed when it got towed. I let the local office know I needed to file a damage claim and am super upset that I spent almost an entire day dealing with this situation and had to even extend the rental and was charged for an extra day. Some random person should never have the power to call uhaul and have a truck towed w/o contacting the customer first!! Craziest deal ever. Will never recommend or use uhaul again...
Bradley HPay attention to your customers when they are talking. Active listening is crucial for good customer service. Especially when your negligence causes them to have to rent another truck and causes them extra money out of their pockets as well as time and stress. My reservation got canceled somehow internally and when I went to pick up my truck after hours I couldn't get it which set me back. I was originally told I had to have that truck returned by 4 o'clock the following day do by the time I could get an actual truck that day I only had time to do one load and had to return it. So I had to rent ANOTHER truck the next day to finish. When I wad picking up that truck I was trying to explain to the woman that their error caused me to be behind half a day and that I was having to rent another truck she didn't even blink and talked over me. Didn't even offer a discount or any accountability for me being on the situation due to the error. And charged me full price and not even a sorry. Which makes me believe she just didn't care and it is all about the money. Which makes me question if I my original reservation was canceled on purpose.
