The front desk lady was very nice
Ian HI went to pick up my rental at 8 am and I got the key, but when I had to verify the truck info the license plate number didn’t match. The chat button would not work on the app, so I waited 45 minutes on hold just for the call to be disconnected once I finally got somebody and gave them my number - I received no call back. Waited another 20+ minutes before I walked around the building for the truck to be parked a quarter mile away. I have rented uhauls in the past and had no issues, this was a terrible experience this time.

Marilyn WThe only reason we were able to pick it up was because an employee showed up even though they were closed and finished the payment process. Online wouldn't work. The employee was awesome.
