make sure your office doesn't cancel a guaranteed booking saying it is not available where I as the customer had to remake the booking for the same truck after calling the Brunkild location which confirmed the truck to physically be there. It was also very frustrating when the closest available trucks are already an hour drive away. an option to have available trucks to be moved from a different depot to one nearby would have been useful.
