This location was somewhat hidden with significant foot traffic and a narrow driveway. I was told that someone would check-in the truck within the next few hours - which meant if they claimed something was wrong, I wouldn’t be there to contest it. There were no issues, but their check-in process was unsettling.

Rhonda SCleaning interior of truck. Every time I rent a U-haul the trucks are never cleaned. Interior should be wiped down seats, dashboard, steering wheel and all windows inside and out.it doesn’t matter if it’s local or one-way. This would help a lot.
