The service was efficient and friendly. Renting and returning the vehicle was a seamless process and took only a few minutes.
Joyce GI rented the same trailer two times a month apart. When returning it the first time, I reported a tail light out. When I rented it the second time (a month later) the light had not been replaced. This location does not have parking to accommodate a truck and trailer so vehicle inspections are dangerous.

Richard NUpon turnimg, I had close 3/4 tank of gas left which was above the required amount. This was communicated to the employee by myself and 2 other people immediately. Checked my receipt and they'd automatically marked it at just half so I was not reimbursed for the difference. That conveys a lack of attention and integrity.
