Person at site needs training. She was not able to connect to Uhaul site on computer. Truck had gas leak but I was not notified ahead of time and wasted her time and mine. Tried second time at this site but called ahead and the person asked me to use truck share because she still cannot get on website.

it is absolutely RIDICULOUS to rent a truck that's designed for hauling cargo across country when said truck doesn't have CRUISE CONTROL. if I'd know the truck didn't have CC before I left, I would have 100% gone somewhere else....
