There was a misunderstanding with the equipment rental. We thought we ordered 3 dollies and a dozen blankets but they weren't in the truck at pick up. After contacting Uhaul headquarters, since the pickup location wasn't open yet, we were informed that the order was placed and then deleted. I did not delete the order but regardless we needed that equipment. The representative recommended we try Goodyear, AZ location since they were open. He gave us the address and contact info. Thankfully the representative there was very understanding and advised they had all the equipment we needed. Everyone turned a bad situation into a good one! Thank you Uhaul!!

The truck was extremely dirty. I had to clean trash out and sweep up a pile of salt before I could begin loading my items. This truck clearly was not checked before rented out. I have pictures available if need be. Very disappointed.
