How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe are always getting charged wrong.
JIMMY SThe key lockbox didn't work. Calling the 800# wasn't useful. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful when we were having trouble. We were on a tight schedule and no extra consideration was given to us for the delays, not even a sincere apology for the problems. Overall, we'll look for another U-haul place to use next month.
Christina AThe manager was an unprofessional coward, staring at my husband and clearly had an issues with renting to me, but would rent to my husband. I highly do not recommend this place as they are shady, and I will never return ever.
Kari HDebby was great and very knowledgeable. She handled alot of customers coming and going and still made my experience pleasant. She should get a big raise!
