No, I would NOT recommend this U-Haul location! We made a reservation a week in advance for Friday at 1 PM. Apparently, they know how to take reservations, but they don’t know how to honor them! We arrived at 1 PM, and nobody was even there to let us in. We couldn’t get inside until 2 PM. To make matters worse, we were overcharged for supposedly returning the equipment to a different location, along with additional gas charges. Although we eventually received credits, it took FOUR DAYS of phone calls to get everything straightened out. Completely unprofessional, frustrating, and a huge inconvenience. What’s the point of making a reservation if nobody is there to honor it? I would not use this location again!

JIMMY SThe key lockbox didn't work. Calling the 800# wasn't useful. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful when we were having trouble. We were on a tight schedule and no extra consideration was given to us for the delays, not even a sincere apology for the problems. Overall, we'll look for another U-haul place to use next month.
