The key lockbox didn't work. Calling the 800# wasn't useful. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful when we were having trouble. We were on a tight schedule and no extra consideration was given to us for the delays, not even a sincere apology for the problems. Overall, we'll look for another U-haul place to use next month.
