There was very unconcideration for the customer. The inconvenience I went through in the pickup process as well as the return process. I rented a truck and auto transport and was asked to pickup both equipment at 2 different locations in the process of renting the auto transport I did the paperwork at 1 location and had to travel to another to pick up equipment. The same for returning. My return location was changed from the original set return which was 25 minutes away from original location. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
