Professional and accommodating they called me same day of rental to inform if I needed any help and they were a phone call away
Maria RThe lady who helped me on Sunday was awesome. She was very helpful and came in on her day off to help me. I booked my rental more than a week in advance in Goodyear. Got a call like two days before and was told that they did not have my requested truck. I gad to switch to a further location and was promised like 15 free miles that i was never given. I went to pick up and the app wouldnt work. Used the website but could not select my contracted drop off location. Called customer service and was on hold for a while. Got transferred to web support but it was the wrong line. Called the number that was texted and got disconnected. Wasted an hour. Overall a VERY frustrating experience. Thank goodness that the lady came in to help. She saved the day.
