Great support staff. It was nice talking to a real person. Due to a death in the family, we were late in returning our equipment. The online agent worked with us and we were able to get it back for the next days' reservation a little late, but still in time for the next family, and I felt that it had a personal touch. Very pleased.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkApp could use some work. I finished the return process (after having to do it twice) and the clerk came outside to tell me that I still needed to finish the return process. It was very confusing and kept returning me back to the beginning.

JENNA SBecause the primary business is not U-Haul related, they did not have both furniture dollies we ordered (only because they were not dropped off since they do not store that type of equipment). The staff was very friendly, but the services are more limited since it isn't a full U-Haul dealer, but for just renting a truck this location is easy to use.
