The location I picked up at was great… but it wasn’t the location I originally booked. I got a call and text right as I was leaving to pick up my rental that my location had changed, it was farther away so took more time and had to pay more mileage. Doesn’t see fair to me really.
Amy MWhen I checked in, it would have been nice to have been told that I needed to take a picture of the license plate before leaving the lot. I didn't read this text until I arrived to the location I was moving from and then it told me that it was too late. However, it didn't affect anything so I don't know the purpose of needing to take a picture.

Mary KI was quoted around $100 when reserved online but the price was over $250 when I picked it up. That's called bait-and-switch. And the truck was barely drivable. It was a terrible experience.
