This location is at a national chain hardware store, that is locally owned. It is well organized, friendly place to do business! The U-Haul 15 foot truck, was well maintained, clean, and on a 91° day, the A/C was very grateful. It worked flawlessly. It was the right equipment, at what I felt was a fair price. The supplemental insurance offered was accepted because my personal auto policy, although covers rental cars and utility trailers, it specifically omits anycoverage on a rental moving truck. So, with U-Hall's full collision and comprehensive insurance, the insurance worries were eliminated! Again, it was the right equipment needed, at the right time, for what I felt was a fair price, and a great staff!

Leroy JWhen I picked up trailer I was told it was outback. If I wanted help ask. There were 3 people in office. I thought if I have ask I will do it myself. Never checked my lights or anything. They weren’t friendly either
