Location was great. Using the app for pickup was a pain. The app would not let me upload the required pictures. Had to call customer service three times to complete the pickup using the app.

Location is not at the business listed (address is correct). Address is on the edge of town in a grass lot with a shed. Dropped off today during normal business hours for the business listed and no one was present as it is a different physical location than Heartland foods. With limited cell service and website issues check in took an hour. I called the number listed and while they did try to help the singular person who does U-Haul was out, and I was informed by the owner that they aren't open for U-Hauls today and his daughter who manages it was out. I was only able to check in the vehicle once the website started working.
