The man that received my return was completely unprepared and unprofessional. He was preoccupied with eating and talking on the phone when I arrived, on time at 7:56 am, and took his time completing my return. He walked very slowly out to the truck to get the dolly prior to entering my information in the system which resulted in me having a late return and I was charged for an additional day. Also, I returned the truck at Arco gas station and was prepared to fill the gas prior to the return. I asked him how much I needed to fill the gas tank but he said he did not have the information and then unfortunately due to me moving across states, I did not have my contract on me so I did not have the information for the gas and had to leave the truck without filling the tank which resulted in me being charged double for gas. Vary poor service and unprofessional. I always go to UHaul for my moving needs but after this interaction, I am very disappointed.
