The lady who received the truck (Maria) said that we have to fold the moving pads and if we don't do that there is $25 charge. I think she charged us service fee $15 for this. I rented Uhaul trucks before and was never asked to do that. My company (corporate account) paid for me to move here and I have no time to fold blankets. I am a busy person and I need to unpack and start working as soon as possible. It's like I went to a restaurant and was asked to wash dishes after myself. Or if I stayed in a hotel and was asked to clean the room. I paid for blankets! And I should not be charged extra to fold it! This is ridiculous! Plus she was rude and you should not use this location to drop off trucks.
Izabela NI put a large moving truck on reservation. Showed up and they rented it to someone else. Had to take the smaller truck. It’s was dirty inside. It took me extra trips which forced me to rent it for an extra day. Wasted my time and money.
