The truck itself needs to be retired. It was so beat up I was definitely surprised it was the one we were going to use. That being said, the location, the staff, the treatment and everything else about it experience was fantastic and above and beyond. Very kind staff. I'm glad I came to the Alamo and not the other location I was considering.

ROBERT II did not select this location and Uhaul in Orlando unilaterally changed it
TERRY HArrived for drop off and they were closed. Called the phone number on the door and the woman who answered said they didn’t go to work that day and that I can just back my own trailer in and unhook it. I told her I don’t know how to do any of that which is why I chose to do drop off with a location that was open. She said she didn’t know how to help me.
