The U-Haul office was great!! She was kind and knowledgeable. I had no problems picking up or returning the truck.
PAMELA TThe truck itself needs to be retired. It was so beat up I was definitely surprised it was the one we were going to use. That being said, the location, the staff, the treatment and everything else about it experience was fantastic and above and beyond. Very kind staff. I'm glad I came to the Alamo and not the other location I was considering.
