How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy truck wasn’t available on the day of pick up and this was never communicated to me so I had to get the next available at this location which was too small and caused me to make multiple trips adding to my cost. Also the smaller truck didn’t have a ramp so we couldn’t move everything we needed to.
