Rented 2 trucks here this week. Both dirty on pick up. I commented. Larry said don’t worry about it. The 1st truck had heat issues, VERY cold day. Fan doesn’t work. Dort doesn’t close properly. Constant error message driver door open. I could have traded but needed to get on the road. I put more gas in both times than required. Extremely offended I rented trucks that weren’t clean, told not to worry yet was charged a cleaning fee. All I had in the trucks were boxes. Not ok. I was misled

Jeffrey BI told the last location the gas was not full and they put in the notes so i would not get charged, but the guy charged me anyways. they also hit me with a cleaning fee, i gave the truck back in the same condition i received the truck. There was no trash at all. it was basically a 1 day rental. The guy was rude as well when i went to drop off the truck, had no people skills.
