Very helpful and accommodating. I booked through Purple Peddler, we didn’t realize there were multiple locations. We arrived at the wrong location, they were so helpful and changed the pick up location for me. We definitely hire U-Haul through these guys again.

Gerardo GI think it is absurd to charge the customer additional money ($25?) if they don’t fold up the blankets that they rented from you. That means the blankets aren’t laundered between uses, etc. It took me about two minutes to fold them, but the worker could’ve done the same thing in the same amount of time. Ridiculous to charge an additional fee “for that service.”
Todd CBe more upfront about actual cost instead of “luring” unsuspecting customers with “$19.95/day” in large print and “plus fees, etc” in tiny print. Also please disclose the “catch” about not using a transponder and the fee added when it comes to paying for any tolls incurred.
