The location tried to rip me off by claiming insurance was mandatory. I called HQ and they reversed the charge. The location then turned around and charged me $18 for 3 gallons of gas. I took a picture of gas guage and returned it back at the same level. Besides that I only drove the van a total of 20 miles, exactly what I told him I would drive it. If I used 3 gallons of gas than that relatively newer uhaul van is getting an atrocious 7mpg!!

Keith BThe engine needed some tuning. It seemed to “miss” occasionally when beginning to accelerate and when letting off the accelerator. Also the truck bed was left a mess (2-3 inches of straw throughout) by the previous customer and never cleaned before renting to me. I had to sweep it out and dispose.
