BEHDAD HWe had to change our order from pickup in person to mobile pickup, which caused some problems as somewhere in the process an agent from the central office did not change the drop off location properly and turned it into a round trip! It was supposed to be one way and we had to do some time with phone calls to get this straightened out. Otherwise the people at the pickup location were very helpful by phone
Dwayne MA couple of issues w/ the rental. First......the headlight was out on the passenger side of the truck. I was pulled over because of this and issued a ticket. Second...... the defrost doesn't work on this truck. It made it extremely difficult to drive. Thirdly ...for some reason I was charged $25 for gas yet I filled the tank to the exact same level I received the truck at(I have the pictures to prove this). I didn't appreciate this. Fourth ..... upon returning the truck I was instructed to leave it behind the fence. But the fence was locked up tight. Made the return impossible. For the cost of the truck I could have paid someone to pick up and deliver the items. I will definitely be thinking twice before renting another U-Haul. I'm not happy
Kellyann NThis is 2times in one week i rent 10footer truck amd both are very dirty..I got my mattress so fucking dirty amd full of stuff from the floor of truck ..crazy...and I ask the guy can you.make sure i got a clean truck for ally stuff iny house please..yes yes of course he said..when i got there it was so fuck8ng dirty i ask for a vroom . No broom i ask for someone to clean and je told that they were too busy and back to back rentals so mo time to clean ..you want it or not??this is how it went ..fuckers..i know i use to be a uhaul dealer for 3years and the rules ate to clean and inspecting the teuck with customer ..they never did amd dint even want to come look with me ...so I. Askimg for refund on my last rental amd discount on my first one last saturday too...do something about it ..this guy dont deserve u haul ....tge worse oart is the customer who loosing ..not himwtf is going on with uhaul now??I think i will post this on fbook amd other social media nad uhaul wont rent as much nonore .. budget and avis amd other company will ..dont forget uhaul is from USA....!!!!
