The location was fine, but it took me close to an hour to get in the car, because the app wouldn't work to open it. Eventually I had to go to the website. I won't pick up from a location that does not have an attendant there to open the vehicle, which is why I would not recommend the location. The guy working in the store was friendly and nice, but he was clueless about how to help me.

Su YI think it was the uhual app that had an error. I wasn’t able to open the lock box to return the key and had to call uhual for instructions. Otherwise, it was great.
