I was charged twice for the same service, which is very frustrating and upsetting. Please review this issue and refund the duplicate charge. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

Amrit PHaving pickup places like this does not present well for UHaul. The person I'm renting from barely spoke a little English. No instructions related to renting the uhaul were provided. The uhaul itself was making a strange loud sound when idling and needed mechanical inspection. Right driver side tire had a slow leak in it. Truck back had also not been swept out by previous renter.
Murray FWe have been charged for 12 Furniture pads that we never ordered or received and have been charge to our bill. Need someone from Uhaul to call me an correct the charge.
Zeimina BNeed to call for customer support 3 times to return vehicle… no space to park vehicle while returning vehicle and store supposed to close at 9 pm, but nobody was there…waited 1 hour still no response and need to store next day to return vehicle… Really poor service
