We have been charged for 12 Furniture pads that we never ordered or received and have been charge to our bill. Need someone from Uhaul to call me an correct the charge.

Need to call for customer support 3 times to return vehicle… no space to park vehicle while returning vehicle and store supposed to close at 9 pm, but nobody was there…waited 1 hour still no response and need to store next day to return vehicle… Really poor service
Vitin Nthe parking is bit challenge, you might need a second ppl look after you. otherwise everything is great :)
Qingpeng LDealer personnel were late and added unnecessary delays to my booking. There was personal, unbranded, bedding (pillows, comforters, bed sheets) left in the truck. I had to spend time going back to the dealer to drop off these items. Overall bad experience.
