DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. I had a 10:00 AM reservation on May 2nd and arrived early at 9:45 AM, only to find the office completely empty. The staff didn't bother to show up until after 10:30 AM. Because of their irresponsible lateness, the truck was dispatched at 10:33 AM—over half an hour late. To make matters worse, management is now using their own lateness against me, claiming "it was dispatched at 10:33 AM so there's no issue." Utterly shameless. Also the gas tank was completely empty. I had to waste even more of my tight moving time driving straight to a gas station just to make the truck drivable. The equipment I reserved and paid for (appliance dolly and furniture pads) was completely missing. This location has zero accountability, terrible customer service, and absolute negligence.

BEHDAD HWe had to change our order from pickup in person to mobile pickup, which caused some problems as somewhere in the process an agent from the central office did not change the drop off location properly and turned it into a round trip! It was supposed to be one way and we had to do some time with phone calls to get this straightened out. Otherwise the people at the pickup location were very helpful by phone
Dwayne MA couple of issues w/ the rental. First......the headlight was out on the passenger side of the truck. I was pulled over because of this and issued a ticket. Second...... the defrost doesn't work on this truck. It made it extremely difficult to drive. Thirdly ...for some reason I was charged $25 for gas yet I filled the tank to the exact same level I received the truck at(I have the pictures to prove this). I didn't appreciate this. Fourth ..... upon returning the truck I was instructed to leave it behind the fence. But the fence was locked up tight. Made the return impossible. For the cost of the truck I could have paid someone to pick up and deliver the items. I will definitely be thinking twice before renting another U-Haul. I'm not happy
