Your new registration process is TERRIBLE. You need to find a way to streamline that process. Calling contacts and need8ng them live to approve is ridiculous at any point of verification. The phone app glitches make everything not worth using the app. Your agent was extremely patient and the best thing about the process. If I still need an agent to get through verification at ANY point it defeats the need for any app and you can make everything faster with managed phone calls. I had to help someone next to me so that they didn't need to go through what I did, and I was passed off that she got through verification so much faster with no call, but she still didn't like the process any more than I did.

The van was functional but very dirty inside and out and smelled awful. I think the last person chain smoked in the van. The customer service was good though.
Clay DSince I got there and I told the employee that I did they the phone and I showed him the email contract. He was so rude telling me that I’m lying. And he won’t handle the key and free. I waste more than 1 hr btw calling customer services and then I found the van has dense door and tire low. Was a horrible experience that I got to paid extra 1 more hour. I prefer the refund because he made me waste more than 1 hr
