After reading some of the previous reviews, I was prepared for the worst. But the guy at this location was very nice, helped us with the online check in and check out, and everything was charged exactly as we expected. The location was convenient and the truck drove just fine. We were very happy with the entire process, and would use this location again.

ROGER SOverall, not a bad experience. The person at the location was helpful but the process leaves too much for error. The online process is so drawn out that it took 30 minutes. The issues with "damages, gas meters, mileage" is never truly explained clearly. Then the other shoe drops AFTER? you've left the vehicle. No wonder people don't trust this company.
