Honestly the app is horrible. It's so slow and kept crashing or saying no network and it made the entire mobile booking process horrendous and made me have to rush cuz it ate up 30 minutes of the time I booked.

What I would like to see an improvement is for this location to have a permanent dedicated lot for all their vehicles . That would make picking up and returning faster and easier and not to mentioned meticulously organized .
Jonathan D.The U-Haul truck that I rented had a bad odor. There wasn't anyone at the physical location and I had to call to get a rep. I ordered a hand truck with the U-Haul and my location didn't have any. Overall bad experience.
