There was no one there to check it in even though they were open. I had to call the 800 number to correct the problem. For the 500 and something dollars I had to spend it was a lot of improvement left to be see

RYAN HI rented on 12-01-25 I called on a Wed 12-03-25 to ask what a late fee for returning the truck late they told me $20 per day. I was charged $40 a day. I returned the truck on 12-07-25 and was charged $385.
