Dana HYou need to have the one trip vehicles within a reasonable distance for the customer to pick up. I had to drive from Langley to cashe creek to pick up the 15’ truck I rented. Then I had to drive back and pack because I was moving to Alberta the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. You also need to change the 24hr policy to let customers know if they even have the truck or not. You can’t plan a one way trip on a maybe. People have commitments.
