When I moved, they sent me to a drop off location that was no longer in business, so I had to make a 100 km detour. 2 months later they charge me $300 because I went over my mileage. What the heck u-haul???
James T.hours are not posted, personnel was not there at 4:30 Friday or again at 09:00 Mondaycausing me to take the vehicle home on friday using more gas and more mileage which in turn was an additional charge on return. not impressed
