If your customers have already paid in full and you’ve reassured them multiple times that there aren’t anymore charges maybe don’t charge more money to their account then harass them for months that they “haven’t paid” when all of the money plus extra (more than the 50$ i supposedly owe) has already been taken out of my account from you guys.

Daniel Cu-haul has not measured their trailer sizes correctly. their website lists the trailer door opening height as 5'1" (61"). In actuality that opening is less than 59". As I was moving a >58" piano, this marketing discrepancy came at a huge cost to me. Not that anyone at u-Haul likely cares!!
