- location was different than I had previously requested weeks prior - I was given a different vehicle that was larger, and was forced to pay more - vehicle wasn't ready at the time I had booked weeks prior - app didn't work well and forced me to wait for 15 mins to load I would like a discount, this was a terrible experience

I was overcharged for gas and extra days, visited another U-Haul site and they confirmed I was overcharged by the drop off company
SHAIANNE HLet the customer know first off that a one way trip from pick up to drop off also includes additional kms?????? $294.00 total for trip is what you might think your paying plus gas used $60.00 And the next day your hit with an additional charge of $58.00 for overage in kms is totally wrong and and was not stated when booking the vehicle online..... Not appreciated and complete bs I'll think twice when it comes to renting another U-Haul in the future. I want a refund. Period

PAULINE RThe truck was left empty and we had to fuel it. Feels as though I lost money in doing so, as I put in much more fuel than needed. Also had to wait 20 minutes for the keys, even though we were already dispatched.
