The inside of the truck had not been swept out. The location (Beckers Esso) did not have a working iPad, and I had to do the check out and return on my own. I specifically booked the truck for the times that I did, so I would NOT have to do a self-return with the truck. It took almost an hour just to pick up the truck and get it on the road because of this inconvenience. The employees did not seem to be ready, able, nor willing to help very much with this challenge. I did all of it over the phone with U-haul customer service.

I rented an appliance dolly with my order but when I arrived to pickup the truck, the store said they don't stock any dollys at their location. I was moving 6 heavy appliances but had to manually carry all six from 4th floor apartment, down elevator & carry onto truck. When I placed my order online, I should have been told that their location did not stock any dollys.
Todd TMy only complaint was that the windshield wiper blades needed replacing. It snowed overnight and the roads had been salted. The wiper ends were smearing the spray fron cars in front rather than clearing it, even with windshield washer fluid activated.
Paul WI’m not sure the location is responsible for the condition of the vehicle but the condition was horrendous! If you want my pictures they are on file! Mud all inside, “10 km to empty” ie no gas, 4-5” of ice/snow on windshield. Kid working in the convenience store told me it was recently stolen!! Shakes when you drive it. I’m looking for contact of Uhauls President and Board of Directors to share pics with. Social media will hear about this brutal experience and my daughter has one million followers. Third rate rental company.
