This is a extremely busy corner gas station. There is almost no room to maneuver vehicles. There is only one attendant working multiple jobs at this location. The location is also a Western Union, people are constantly wanting to transfer money. The poor attendant was extremely overwhelmed with all the customers doing 4 different jobs. Every time someone wanted propane everyone had to go outside, she'd lock the location and go help the propane person. On top of this my trailer was stored in a back alley behind the small building behind a large heavy trailer. On the side of the building is a tire air fill station. The trailer was not out ready to go or even easily accessible. I had to wait 10min for people to finish with the air fill station. I then, solo had to move the large heavy trailer attempting to move it out of this very small space and not have it roll down the sloped parking area into a uhaul van parked car or the building. Every time I had to leave the building to do something such as inspect the trailer, 7 or 8 people would line up to buy gas, get cigarettes, have propane filled, buy lotto tickets, transfer money and I would have to sit there and wait. The connector for the trailer lights was not readily available. I had to wait for the attendant to do all these other tasks to then get back to serving me. This kind of thing happened about 5 separate times. When I finally managed to free my trailer, the attendant asked if I could get the large trailer back behind the building up the sloped parking area. If it wasn't for some kind random gas station patrons I would not have been able to do this. On top of all this there were then customers from the strip mall whose vehicles had been blocked in by my truck and the trailer who were extremely angry that they couldn't move their own cars. It took well over an hour to get the trailer and paperwork because the attendant kept doing one of the other 3 jobs that was not Uhaul. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had renting any equipment. This gas station should NEVER EVER be a Uhaul location. Uhaul should immediately strip this location of it's name as they are only destroying the branding. Absolutely absurd location.
