Umar KMy reservation was cancelled by the location for not being there at 6:30am. I arrived at the pick up location at 7:15. I booked the truck for the day but they did not have the common courtesy to call before cancelling. I booked a larger unit for a move but was forced to re book a smaller unit. When I returned the unit later that day the gentleman in front of me had his reservation cancelled as well. The woman behind the counter was blaming U Haul changing their reservation system. The way I saw it was the location was not going with reservations but first come first serve.

Jan JMy overall experience with U-Haul today was fantastic. The gentleman at the location where I rented the truck was great—super friendly, extremely helpful, and made the process quick and simple. Returning the U-Haul was just as easy. The associate who completed the inspection was excellent, very friendly, and accommodating, and even helped back the truck into the stall. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely use this location again and highly recommend it.
