My overall experience with U-Haul today was fantastic. The gentleman at the location where I rented the truck was great—super friendly, extremely helpful, and made the process quick and simple. Returning the U-Haul was just as easy. The associate who completed the inspection was excellent, very friendly, and accommodating, and even helped back the truck into the stall. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely use this location again and highly recommend it.

Ranchell TI’m very disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental. The truck I received had no windshield washer fluid, which made it dangerous to drive especially in winter conditions. This is a serious safety issue and shows a lack of proper vehicle inspection before renting it out. I trusted U-Haul to provide a safe vehicle, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope the company improves its maintenance and safety checks for future customers.
