I needed a small van or truck to rent but they said only Bing ones are available as all other are booked but were parked in a parking lot. I used truck for 2 hours and when i Came back all the trucks were at same parking spots. Felt like they just want me to spent more money on big truck.GURAMRIT S.

Customer service agent questioning me why i am not refuelling truck from his gas station and questioning if i even filled gas, after checking my fuel gauge which was at full started arguing why I did not fueled from there and filled somewhere else and he doesn't believe I filled, it was very disappointing that after doing everything right returning the truck in good condition with full gas I had to go through all that won't go to this uhaul location everAbhinav K.

Customer service was horrible and I was sent on my way for a 1000+ km drive with a check engine light on and no windshield washer fluid. The guy actually said the light meant it needed air in the tire (it did need that too)Charlie C.
we had to try two other locations first. the first one in saddle ridge did not accept 15' trucks. At the second location (also on 52nd street was closed even though it said on-line and on the door they would be open till 7PM. The third one helped us very efficiently. You need to be more clear on what location will accept what type of truck.Paul D.

Nothing against the cashier but the truck has never been cleaned. 1/2 inch of dirt caked on the truck. Followed the instructions and put in $15 (7.6l) as outlined on the contract for the amount of gas used to bring the gage back to 3/4. The gage didn't move and the guy wanted to charge me another $16 for the gas. As well, UHaul changed my location for the pick up from south Calgary to far north east (19km away) and then charged be 0.69 cents per KM, yet the truck I booked was only 3km from my house. The whole thing cost me an additional $35 because they changed my pick up location. I've used Uhaul before but this was a shit experience today.Matthew S.

The person who assigned me that u haul said me to put extra gas even i paid for that and put gas in that. Without any proof he said me you went this much kilometres but i was having picture of the kilometre when i took u haul and when I returned it. Don't understand why we had to do all the driver verification at the location. Why wouldn't you ask for this when I booked the rental? It was just pure luck I had my passport with me. And when you say â€œbe there for 4:30!â€ You assume you can pretty much just drive away at the beginning of the time that you are paying for and won't have to sit and wait for agents to double verify your identity while you're on the clock. Super unhappy with this flaw in the rental system. We were paying for the truck but couldn't get in it and we're just sitting there waiting for some person to verify information that could of been done days ago.Sarah P.

The mirrors were dirty and the rear camera was so dirty I didn't realize I had an image on the rear view mirror. Once I cleaned it it worked great. I recommend that the camera remains on all the time and not only when in reverse.GARY H.
