The truck was located in a back alley all covered in snow. I had to find a broom to sweep it off.
Russell FVery unprofessional and charged me incorrectly while i showed him the odometer mile out is incorrect and didnt bother to help just direct me to call uhaul.
Syed Muhaul only had half a tank of gas, and a bad battery, it died twice on the way through bc. we had to buy 80+$ jumper cables just to get it started and the uhaul was completely filthy on the inside. very disappointed as usually uhaul is very good with there vehicles.
Matthew LI recently encountered a disappointing experience with a service provider. I had made a reservation for a Uhaul truck and arrived at the designated location to pick it up. Unfortunately, during the process, the owner of the establishment faced difficulties in properly maneuvering the trucks, resulting in a collision and noticeable damage, including burnt rubber. To protect myself from any potential liability, I responsibly documented the incident by capturing videos and taking pictures. It appeared that the owner noticed my actions and questioned the purpose of my documentation. I calmly explained that my intention was to ensure that I would not be held accountable for the damage caused. However, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner refused to provide me with the keys to the Uhaul I had previously paid for and resorted to using disrespectful language towards me. In order to resolve the situation, I reached out to the Uhaul customer service. They promptly intervened and instructed the owner to fulfill his obligation by providing me with the keys. Nonetheless, the process took an extended period of about 45 minutes due to the owner's obstructive behavior. In order to ensure that appropriate action is taken and to express my dissatisfaction, I forwarded the videos and pictures, along with a formal complaint, to the Uhaul head office for their review and consideration and compensation for such a horrible experience.
