This gas station is total mess. Told to hook up my own trailer.
Kenneth Ffirst of all the who work there is rude -and I don’t know why he changed me Dirt charge the vehicle is clean -the mileage charge is not matching I used to.
sisay bI’m not familiar with many UHaul locations. This place wasn’t horrible. The location was convenient. It appeared to be a gas station but the open sign wasn’t lit up so was apprehensive at first. The rep was pleasant and helpful. Regarding the trailer, the left tire strap and been severed and made it impossible to use without getting another strap. The rear passenger side tire had 9 psi. I filled it up and hoped it would hold, and it did fine but was appearing low again at the end of the trip. I was wishing there had been a spare.
MICHAEL TThe location is filthy.. The trailer had no tongue jack making it virtually impossible to connect without assistance. Also the trailer tongue and other parts were covered in grease. For the amount I paid for the rental I was very disappointed.
